All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

You may also login to your account within our website and check the status of your current and previous orders.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@beachwoodessentials.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some P.O Boxes do not allow packages of a certain weight or size to be delivered to this type of address, please check with your local post office and P.O Box Supplier regarding any shipping limitations and requirements.

Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses

While Beachwood Essentials attempts to deliver the same shipping quality, speed and cost to as many customers as possible, some limitations may occur when shipping to specific types of addresses. We cannot guarantee shipping rates, speeds or availability outside of standard residential addresses.

Shipping to Territories of the United States

Beachwood Essentials will do its best, but cannot guarantee shipping services to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands will be available or at the same cost as the continental United States.
