If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Beachwood product, we will ensure to provide excellent customer service to help you with guidance to the next step of our return policy.
To receive a full refund of your purchase amount, it is critical you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Your return needs to be received within the initial 30 days of your purchase. You can reach us by phone, email, or even our live chat feature.  If the return instructions are not followed, and instead the package is Returned to Sender, this may result in your package being received outside of our 30-day money back guarantee. In these instances, a refund will not be honored.

Product Matter

A refund will be applied immediately if you receive your products damaged, or perhaps even packaged incorrectly. Contact us within the first 30 days of your purchase to qualify for a 100% refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a damaged item, or an item by mistake, we will happily refund you the shipping cost.
